As far as your goals at work, just remember that they are not expecting a genuine answer. Those things never look for honesty, do they? The management wants some kind of model employee response which not reality.
My advice for the work situation is to talk with your HR person/personnel manager to get guidance on what would be appropriate. You could just say that your goal is to get a permanent, stable position rather than being moved around a lot so that you have the opportunity to further expand your skill set in at least one key area. That acknowledges that you know you can learn more, but it also lets them know that you need something more predictable and stable to progress.
Hope that helps...

What goals can one possibly focus on when they're in mourning? (Thick fog by nature prevents you from seeing far ahead!) The only path is to put your hands forward and proceed with caution until hopefully things clear up.
Every literal step we take in the beginning can feel like a mile. Where are we going? How dare we still move when they cannot! (This is what are feelings are whispering). But we're pushed and ushered along by life itself. As long as we breathe our every breath is in his hands, and so is the rest of us. May God bless you at work and at home. At rising and at retiring.
