Getting motivated

I'm having trouble getting motivated I don't work I'm disabled so it's hard getting up and do anything it's hard eating by myself and going to the grocery store is not easy trying to buy for just one person and I don't have much of a appetite

You might feel more like getting out if you went to one of the senior centers where most people will be feeling like you do and have many of the same challenges. There are several in OKC, including 3 run by Salvation Army and several programs run by Parks & Recreation Department. Sometimes if you break from the rut you're in and get out, even once a week or month, it makes a difference in how you feel.
