First time since Roger died that someone asked if I would go to have dinner with them at local place. I live up in the mts ~44 miles from edge of nearest large town, 24 miles from small one, but here we have four restaurants with small grocery/delis attached. One church nearby but a strong Lions club (which a member said they want to pay 1/2 of my membership to join first yr), Chinook Pass Association club, etc.

But since we have lived here 10 years July we have grown to love it up here, I was amazed on how many of Rogers "coffe club guys" have dumped me, the closest ones we were friends with don't call or anything

but a neighboring friend called and asked me to dinner tonight with them - I am thrilled. I really am so thrilled. Same time its gonna be tough this placeis also where Roger was bar tending in their 25 seater little bar for 2 yrs and we ate there alot. Still I can not believe how thrilled I am, I needed to get out.
