Would you want us to tell us where you met him? How long did you date before you got married? What was something that he did that brings a smile or a giggle to you when you remember it?

Im so sorry for your loss. That is so sad how he passed, my heart goes out to you and my prayers. I lost my love of 21 years in April 2009. He passed from liver disease and it is so hard for me, but I have came along way since he passed. The lord above has helped me so much and my family. I'm sorry you're in so much pain. I feel the same way you do. I don't understand why things happen the way they do. Life seems so unfair sometimes. I wish I had a magic wand. I think Sandra had a wonderful idea. I think I feel a sense of relief when I get the change to talk about Rob. There are only a few sensitive people who have asked me anything about him, it was a relief to share.

I know everyone is trying their best to help me with my pain, just hearing you all care helps.
it is so lonely without my husband with me.
I can't look to far ahead cause it scares me to know that I will be all alone without him. it is such a lonely road to travel without my husband with me, and I'm not sure if I can do
it.

Don't look to far ahead right now just take one day at a time. I call it Baby steps The days do get just a little bit easier things seem to go along ok just not the same When you've lost the love of your life its going to take a long long time to get back to some sort of normal life. We are all here for you

I still at 11 months can't think past today. I will live as fully as I can today and make my husband proud of me. If I lose it and it turns out to be an aweful day, I accept that it is an aweful day. Tomorrow I will wake up and I will have another today. I will do the best that I can putting one foot in front of the other. I understand that it would be impossible to think about forever. Some day I will get there. Not yet. You are not alone in not being able to think past one day at a time. Sending you lots of hugs and the hope that knowing that others share your pain makes you feel less alone.
