Stay strong Hugs, Sandi
having a hard time believing I have a future.
Loneliness happens to be what I think we miss the most. As my therapist said that generally speaking couples that don't typically go out with other couples/singles generally rely on each other for company. And as each generally me and steven very seldom went places without the other. sometimes I would eat lunch/brunch with my friend and sometimes he we would do the same with his co workers. but we didn't honestly have many so called friends.
I think that's been the hardest part is losing your companion and not having them around. it makes it very lonely. you don't have anyone to tell things to or laugh with you like your spouse did.
I tell people it is such an emptiness like none other.

or 2 1/2 hours. I have been told about the roller coaster of emotions but I guess I have just not been prepared in any way for this. .
