I never though it's true that once you lose your husband everyone self appoints and graduates themselves to tell you how you should do things. All of a sudden everyone has an opinion and judges me and all up my business. Yesterday I had an encounter with my brother in law and a lot was said. Fact of the matter is that If i predeceased my husband he would have had to carry on the best way he knows how. Why judge me and scrutinise me so much? Can't people just leave and let me leave my life. On the one hand im still moarning the loss of my husband, on the other i have to deal with drama. I just need peace. Is this too much to ask? I tell myself that I don't care people have a right to their opinions, but it gets to me.
I was told at a gathering that I was feeling sorry for myself.
I have had one person equate the loss of my wife to their divorce and another equate my loss to their having to give up their career.
Some people you need to just walk away from for awhile.
