I had three dreams, all not so good ( they are in my journal). I am hoping for a good one soon.
You are both so lucky to have received special dreams.
i am waiting also.... But your stories are comforting to know they are there
Our daughter had a dream about him too. ( he was killed in an auto accident) she dreamed of walking in a room and seeing him laying on a hospital table dead...she walked up and touched him and began to cry saying "Oh daddy"...well then all of a sudden he began to move and she took a step back...his arms started moving.. and.he said "Hallelujah!" Then sat up..and said, "Hallelujah" again...he said, "my arm hurts"...she said, "daddy you were killed in a wreck"...he looked at her and said, "Boogs, you cant kill a Christian we come back." Then she woke up...It was a wonderful reminder that he is still very much alive. My 9 year old grandaughter had a dream/vision of going to heaven and seeing him...what she saw convinces me even more how real heaven is. I believe they can come to us...
I often dream of my husband but I haven't had one of these vivid type dreams. I often wake up reminding myself that he is gone because in my dreams, we do a lot of things together. I so hope he will come to me even briefly, because I never really got the chance to say goodbye. One thing I remember after the dream about my Mom was that it gave me this unbelievable feeling of peace. Lucky are those that are granted this opportunity!
I have also felt him shaking the bed at night. Not so much any more (it's been 10 months). The kitchen lights flickered off and on all summer. I was going to call an electrician to have them looked at, but suddenly they stopped. It was then I figured out that David was trying to contact me. Normally if anybody had told me these things, I'd have thought they were nuts. But I've heard so many others with similar stories on this site.
I know they are still connected to us. Love is the bridge from our world to theirs.
Hugs
Now when I dream of her it's obviously a dream. It has a dream like quality to it.
I dreamed of my husband after he passed. In one he came to me to tell me how incredibly happy he is. He told me he was studying nawee. When I woke up I couldn't figure out what he meant. I've always had strange hearing. Say something to me and I'll end up with something entirely wrong. My husband used to laugh about this all the time.
Anyhow, I spent hours looking up what this nawee or nahwee could be. Finally, I started separating different letters for the first letter. And came up with Yahweh. Yahweh is the Hebrew God in the bible. I'm not Jewish and would never use that name for God.
So there it is. Again, the feeling in this 'dream' was different. It felt real like I was actually talking to him. The dreams that followed feel like dreams. So it was a blessing I got to see him one last time when he was so happy.
God does grant visitations. No psychic needed.
