I have had two dreams like that. I remember asking him if he was really alive and he just smiled at me. the other dream I asked him if he was alive what where we to tell ther people who were at the funeral. he smile and hugged me. When I woke up I was so comforted and knew that the answer was yes he is alive in my heart and in heaven. He lives on.

I just had a similar dream last week. Details are sketchy but I remember saying to him, how can you be here? He told me he was ok. Made me feel somewhat better.

believe it or not I see my wife in other people when they talk to me using the certain slang my wife used often enough

Yes, I have had 2 or 3 dreams right after my sweetheart passed over and the message is clear that the love we share will Always be, and when God allows, our loved ones come to visit to bring us comfort.
I do believe they keep watch over us, if we feel it or if we don't, they know whats going on in our lives and I do believe they ask Father God for any help that we need.

It Does sound like a visitation to me.

I had a couple of dreams where my husband came walking in the door as if everything was normal.I asked him what he was doing here and told him he was suppose to be in heaven that he had died of a heart attack.He said ,oh I didnt know that and I had to explain to him what happend.And he just got up and walked out the door.It was very peaceful.And in my dream I wasnt sad,I just felt like I had to help him make his way to heaven.I believe he was visiting me too.

I had a dream one week after he had passed, He told me it was his lungs,and that his breathing was still,hard and he was cold,bent down to give me a kiss but right before my alarm went off. so i woke up,i remember him in a blue and black,plaid shirt or jacket,i did give him a vest with those colors when we first met for x-mas.my sister said one day she was driving down the road when she started to laugh,out loud she said to me u know when u go to heaven and u get whit robes,she could just c jakey says on i'm wearing plaid. when she told me i told her of my dream,i hven't had no dreams since,i miss him so much yesterday was 4mths since he lefted us

I had a dream last week with my hubby in it. It was the first dream I have had of him. I was surprised to see him walking around and asked him if he was dead. He laughed and told me he was not. I asked him were he had been and he said I've been here. I asked him what he would want me to do if he did die and he told me "Be mean to my brothers" and then he closed the door to take a shower. I don't know what the last comment meant but in the dream we were at my parent's house which is where I am staying right now. It comforted me but also confused me at the same time.

I had a dream that he came back to life, we hugs and kissed, I felt his body warmth, we passed by his job and they were with a stunned face and asking aren't you not supposed to be here? I remember being so happy in that dream, it was when I woke up that reality smacked me in the face.

My dreams are always with us waiting for him to come home but he never does . Its natural to dream about our loved ones . I believe its because we cant really grasp the fact that they are gone a least for me it seems so unreal.

I have had two dreams one on Christmas Eve the night before I put Martys ashes in the bay for my final goodbye and one on the day of the 6 month mark of his death.The first one he asked if he couldlay with me for awhile and the second he was telling me he was fine. I think they have a way of letting us know they are ok

Dreams are real, they are part of us. enjoy the visit, it will bring comfort when no one else can.

my husband died in oct 2007 and since then i have had some random dreams, like he is just laying there and i can't understand why he won't talk to me!. and then there r dreams of him holding me, stroking my hair and telling me he knows its okay. but last night i dreamt that we were out and having fun my son was there but couldn't find my daughter i couldn't see his face just his arms. dreams r so wierd i never see his lips move its like he talks to me telepathically. i do beleive he visits me in my sleep and will eventually know / learn how ro do this and make himself clear. xx

I have had three dreams of my husbnad since he died., The dreams I've had have been of him hugging me and telling me that he loves me and our children and granchildren.
I believe the reason I have had these kind of dreams is because we did not get that chance to hold each other and to say I love you before he died. I've tried to ask him why he died but he only holds me and tells me "I Love You", and then disappears.
