I am praising God that my 17.5 year old dog came thru surgery to remove a mammary gland tumor. I am almost getting used to losing things I love since October 2013 my hubby, a horse, my beloved Aunt and now dog with tumor. But God spared her, she is home and healing and all of a sudden I have renewed energy and am looking toward the future. Four months of just existing, hoping to start living again.

I am so glad your dog is doing well and you didn't have to deal with yet another loss at this time. I share your hope and desire to live rather than merely exist.

I totally understand the bond we develop with our dogs. They travel the journey with us in a comforting way. Glad your dog is doing well and that you have renewed energy. That is huge! God bless. Gerald

My Pug had to have surgery a few months ago and I was concerned. So, I know you were!
