This is just a courteous request concerning the titles of our topics. I often return to a topic more than once to read. So many topics don't tell me what the message was about and I end up clicking on a few until I find the one I was wanting to read again.
My simple request, if you so choose to agree with me, would be for us to try to put as much into the title of the topic as possible. One word topics may be the least informative and the more words in a topic, the better we may infer what the matter is about. This is not meant to offend anyone, so please disregard this message if you do not agree. I appreciate all discussions here on DS. Thank you.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Love and Hugs,
Martha
For some of us DS is a bit slow and there's nothing worse than having to wait to see something you didn't really want to read in the first place.
Using "Off topic" is helpful, we sometimes put up "Trigger Warning" on the Bipolar board if it's something that's likely to be distressing to some people.
