Okay Everyone - I said in the beginning we would try to accommodate everyone if possible. I have received several responses (about 14 altogether) and many have mentioned dates they can and cannot come. Some people have responded just to me.
At this point, we have one person who would like to come but cannot attend the weekend of the 10th but can come the weekend of the 17th. From everyone who has responded I am not aware of anyone having a problem with the weekend of July 17th. Could all of you respond to this - or just to me - and let me know if the 17th is okay instead of the 10th? It would be nice if we could find a time for everyone.

I don't know whether people have gotten this message though - and some have not responded from my messages.
So - how do all of you want to communicate with this - I can add everyone as a friend - yet continue to put posts every now and then too. Does that sound ok.
So - if you have not responded yet - could everyone answer and let us know that you have seen this new date of the 17th - and that its ok?
