I lost my husband three months ago. I am 42 and I feel so sad

Hang in there Camilia. Nothing easy about this. Every one of us here it's been through exactly what you are now. Time is your only friend right now and I promise you that eventually it will all get better. Just understand this is a process of healing that cannot be rushed. When are spouse dies it is a deep spiritual wound unlike any other. So no matter how much anyone of us wants to just bounce back well that is an impossibility. Believe me I had to find out the hard way. Let your grief do what it wants to do. The sooner we surrender to it this sooner are healing can begin. And it's alright to be sad. There would be something wrong with you if you weren't. God bless and comfort all of us. Scottie

Hi Camila, welcome to our group & sorry you find yourself here, but it will likely be a beneficial thing - has helped many of us. Scottie has said it all - it will get more bearable to deal with the pain than it is right now; all you can do is take it hour by hour and day by day. We are here for each other.

Hi camila... I understand and just hang in there , it's not easy. Almost 5 months for me and I'm still on a roller coaster ride. Sometimes I think I got then next thing I know I really don't:(
