Have a walk outside. Sometimes getting rid of that pent up energy helps.
You are doing better than you feel.
Do you have a routine during the day to keep busy?
Are you able to have a good night's sleep?
Having said that, 3.5 mth is still pretty short in the grief journey. There are a lot of issues you have to work through in grief. Grief itself is emotionally charged and zaps your energy a lot.
I'm just trying to see if there is a way to get Rick to turn around for one day.
