1Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, so that in due time He may exalt you. 7Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
There are promises for everything that we face in life, when we realize that no matter how strong we think we are, there are just some things in life we cannot handle in our own strength, if we turn to Him for help, He will provide all that we need to get through any adversity in life, that doesn't mean we will never feel the pain of the loss, it just means He will provide us with His peace in the midst of our storms so that we can bear it. He will remove our fear and anxieties and give us His peace. http://www.amazingfacts.org/news-and-features/news/item/id/13631/t/are-you-grieving-here-are-9-bible-verses-to-comfort-you-

It's been almost 4 months for me. I am on medication and have been for years for anxiety. It is sort of out of control right now but I am trying to handle it. I also agree with the deep breathing. I have had anxiety since I was about 10. Back then there were no meds or even anxiety disorder. So all you had was breathing and constantly telling yourself "I am ok" over and over until the it would pass. Maybe you should consider medication just to get you through, it may really help and then you can always go off of it when you feel stronger. Take care sweetie :-) Jeanne
