Thank you for this posting. I agree with the words you shared from Facebook. They ring ever so true to me. I thought of those words and then thought to share the following thoughts of my own with you and all:
For myself I know:
With my last breath on earth, and my first step into the eternal glory of HEAVEN is when this depth of this sadness will cease to ever be again
Until then, I live to my utmost best each day with a Blessed HOPE of that grand and glorious reunion in that far away land of eternal LIFE, where my heavenly mansion is prepared and is beyond human comprehension.
AND yet I know with an unceasing conviction one fine day I too shall safely take my final journey Home, escorted by heavenly angelic beings of Creator, God, from this earthly land to my forever HEAVENLY land of iridescent beauty.
My Home over there, where the one and only Creator, God of my Faith dwells is where this sorrow and pain will cease to exist. Where my beloved wife and relatives have reached, going on Home before me and eagerly await my arrival Home.
With great HOPE I wait and look forward to my journey Home, more than I thought possible. To shed this mortal body I am willing to do, when I am called from this temporal dwelling to my forevermore HEAVENLY Home built not with human hands, yet with the hands of eternal unfailing perfect LOVE.
I ask then how can grief be measured against the power of eternity, aye!
O until then.
Genuinely,
BEAR
