advice needed, please

3 1/2 months in and my sleeping problem is getting worse, sleeping 2-3 hours a night. I am going to try an ambien tonight even though I don't want to use that.

try it, and go straight to bed. don't wait over 30 minutes.

I've had blessed peaceful sleep using liposomal melatonin.

Regular melatonin isn't strong enough. It needs to be lipsomal.

It can be purchased online or it can be home made.

I'm on Ativan I take one during the day when the anxiety is really bad with my insurance 30 pills cost me only about $3. I'd contact your doctor. I take two when I'm having trouble sleeping. I'm getting around five to six hours a night which is good I guess. I'm more used to seven or eight. Taking Exedrin PM I usually take two and it helps me sleep also. If you're into Tea's - Camolmeal tea or however it's spelt is good also. But, be careful with whatever you take I'm not big on meds and i only take the Ativan when the anxiety get's really bad. Or I know I'm going to be around the family and it's going to be hard like at Christmas. Thinking of you hun!
