I just had to share what happened to me the other day.
I had to call some person at my bank the other day who knows that my husband passed away. I asked him the usual (how are you) and he said I'm fine thank you, but how are you doing... I said (well you know, not that good right now) and his answer was ( I am happy to hear that)???? REALLY!!! I found this to be sad and funny at the same time.

I am sure that he didn't even realize what he was saying. That's why I found some humor in it... But, given the situation, I am more aware of what people say, intentional or not.
