I am is so much pain today, I miss my wife so much. Im trying to work but I need to get up every few minutes because I cant stop crying. Its been almost 7 months since she passed away. I don't know how Im going to do this, she was my rock and Im so lost without her

It will get better. Just hang in there. You're still alive. You can still live and do things that will honor her memory. We all seem to go through these waves of grief at times. You aren't alone. We do understand.

I was just talking to family about the same thing. My wife and I had lives that revolved around each other. Now I'm an involuntary free agent with no contract. My future is wide open for the first time in nearly 40 years, and I have absolutely NO idea what to do with it. I have many options but no clue.

Regardless, I'm pretty sure I still want to live, so I have to figure out how to carry on alone. I do know my wife wouldn't want me to waste whatever time I have left. In fact, she'd probably be pretty pissed off at me if I gave up.

So I have no idea, but I'm not giving up. Life is a gift. I thank God for it. Now I just need to figure out what's next.

I too walk in pain today. Some days are just too hard.
