Much peace.
Nine months ago to this day I was planning a memorial. It makes me so tired to think about it.
You aren't alone and tears are healing. You have to let it out don't so like I have done and push the "HOLD" button. I did that for my five kids here at home and it now is showing in my health and the tears come now whenever they want as pushing the "HOLD" button isn't am option anymore.
Wishing you well and peace and comfort

Cindy, I, too, cried until I had a headache and felt nauseated ... that sure didn't help.
So today, as soon as my eyed opened, I told myself I was not going to have a repeat of yesterday. I am determined to have a better day.
It's only 10:30 a.m. here, but I'm sure going to try.
I hope you all have a peaceful day.
