took the day off of work and made it through, even slept ok last night-dont know how but i did. Today I am exhausted though- i think the emotions caught up. This feels like I've turned a page, not sure whats next, and Im npt expecting it to be any less hard but things seem different.

Good idea about taking the day off. And I am glad for your sweet sleep. Like they say, this grieving is exhausting work. I do think different is a good sign. Thanks for your message of hope. God bless you ~ Scott
