Well I thought this would not be so bad to as it marks 6 months but all I can do is cry and cry...I want this pain to go away and just hold on to the memories but that doesn't seem to be working...I have had some good days and then bad but for some reason today has been an emotional roller coaster...I don't want to talk to anyone or see anyone today just want to stay closed in with my memories and thoughts....He is still my best friend the love of my life and soul mate...I will never get over this as long as I live but i know that i will have to learn to live with it....Just when???

I'm so sorry..I know what you mean..Its been 9 months, 23 days for me..and I know alot of it is stress related, but i find myself on the verge of tears (or crying) very quickly lately..

today i'm waiting to hear back about the offer i put in on a house..a house i know my wife would have really loved.. sigh..getting too me just thinking about it..

rosie, I'm sorry...I am at nearly 6 months myself, and I have been going through the same thing..I want him back so badly, yet I know it's not going to happen...if not for my son, I would probably be inclined to join him..

Rosie, the six month day was one of the worst I've had. It's been two weeks and today I am finally doing better. I have read on this site and elsewhere that the six month marker can cause a downward slide. I hope your days start to get better.

I feel EXACTLY how you do...its been 6 months and one week. I have some ok days, but usually once a day I cry like a baby for hours. Your not alone. Things will never be normal, but you will develop a new normal for you. You may always cry for him. The days will go longer in between the long hour cries, and then you will start to develop fun, happy memories. I am trying to condition my brain that when all I want to do is cry, I remember sean, and what he wanted for me, and would be much happier in heaven, knowing Im laughing, and making a new novel with pages written with all he silly, happy times we shared... Can you remember something really silly? What is it? I wish you the best, and my heart goes out to you.. big hugs carla
