Widows & Widowers Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have lost a husband, wife, or partner. Anything is open for discussion here, with the hope that we can focus on grief, bereavement, life after loss, and continuing on after a great loss.
Reading your post here made me cry and I want to let you know I'm so glad you are sharing with us. There is a loving wonderful group here a mixture of all kinds with one common heartbreak, loss of the love of our lives. So glad you were able to share I hope you continue to find comfort here. Such loving people here to encourage you, your post has encouraged me.

I've been here for almost a year and there are a lot of kind and generous people who post on here ( also some hilarious posters - rainycreek, Maggie, Cindy come to mind immediately ). We have all suffered a bad deal ( in variations too horrible to list really ), and it's heartening to see that somehow we are all struggling to find our way.
So, yeah, sometimes wow is a good adjective for this place.
I will admit that when I saw the title of this thread I thought someone was going to try to assert that vanquishing spiders was not a man's domain anymore ( jaja27 I'm looking at you :) )

I have suffered from depression, and can relate to not wanting to be here (trying to find right words).
I, and we all, know your pain of loss. It is nice that you want to help others, but you really need to worry about you at this time. Don't take over someone else's heartaches right now. Your emotions are too raw.
Happy to see that you're back!
