Just want to wish all the mother's a Happy Mother's Day.
My husband left me a message on Mother's day when I was out to have dinner with our daughters to call me back. He was working overseas. It was the last time I talked to him that day a year ago. I love to hear his voice and am fortunate to have this message and his voice. It is comforting to hear him as though he is here.

It has not been a good day on this end, and that is why I'm here. To share with people who understand.
I spent the day with our son. I think he's doing well inspite of losing his Mom just 2 months ago.
This is the 1st of many important days to come. The days where my heart feels very heavy.
I don't know how I'll handle Christmas.
Even though I knew for a long time that this day was inevitable, I still find it hard to accept.
