i find myself viewing the seasons as a time count...and not having Frank here to share in the customary seasonal events. Simple things such as going to an orchard in the Fall or getting the yard ready in the spring. I think about all that he is not here to share with me.
maybe it's a time thing...I am counting time by seasons.

Good luck and Peace to you,

Another topic: just when you think you are going forward, after a long or short period of time you feel you are back to square one -
The best advice I have read is - DO not beat yourself up and you are normal - I guess what I am trying to say is the various stages all seem the same from many people here - the 6 month period - the one yr period - the two yr period - many people here seem to share the same setbacks and forwards - AND it seems when a bad period comes on, many are devastated they are even going through it
I am not sure how to address that topic but just a thought,
being lonely....loneliness.... being alone..... and I have no idea
how to get past it... because even though I do get out and volunteer,
have friends and family that call and visitors I still hate being home
alone , living alone, coming home alone, waking up alone, going
places alone....
