today is Mother's Day and 1 month since Wendy pasted away .Wendy's daughter went home just over a week ago and the house is so empty I go all week with only talking to the two guys I work with them go home to the cat and dog . I turn the TV on just so the house isnt quite I dont watch it just need the noise. its still to fresh to move forward I still dont understand what I did wrong in a past life to have to go through this twice .

I'm sad for you in not having more people to share your feelings with. You'll move forward when your ready. I doubt you did anything to deserve any of this.

I know that question about what I did in my past life I lost my husband in 2004 to colon cancer and lost my boyfriend in January to the same cancer. But I Iook at it this way if I had to love and then lose I was given two of the most wonderful men to share my life with even if it was not long enough we brought happiness to each other and alot of people would give anything to say I was happy and loved. And I will always remember them with a smile because as long as I smile they can be at peace and smile back. Iwould rather them share a smile then more tears there were too many tears at the end

"Grief is the price we pay for loving someone" I get the tv, I did it, too. I'm so sorry. It's not anything anybody does, or doesn't do. Please don't look at it like that, Pumpkins is right.

My husband loved me the best he could, but he was an alcoholic. The last ten years of our marriage was rather dreary - and how much we may or may not have loved one another didn't change that. I was resigned to go it alone for the remainder of my life. Finding a new love was unexpected. And frankly, if we're talking about deserving, I certainly did NOT deserve New Man - at least not with anything I did in this life.

Scott - So sorry for your loss. I lost my wife of 41 years to Coronavirus about 7 weeks ago now, and I never knew how many tears one pair of tear ducts can produce! I spend most of my time at home, watching TV and on the computer. Our cat and dog aren't much help, as they're both porcelain statues! No kids, parents all gone. I keep in touch with one cousin and her husband, and a couple of friends. I'm finally briefly seeing two friends in person tomorrow.

for me now its been a little over 2 months .I'm still in a disbelief that Wendy is gone my dog and cat are real but other then them I have the 2 people I work with and since I moved to another country to be with Wendy I dont have any family or friends to visit .I dont cry as much as I did but I still miss her every moment of everyday
