Widowed at 33 Community Group

I'm widowed so young and need someone to talk to. My husband died of a sudden heart attack.

20 weeks...
140 days...
that is how long i have had to live without my better half...
he would have turned 34 at teh beginning of august
i am so lost for direction
i go on for my kids but i am not living
i lost the zest for life that i used to share with him
i still love him so much its hard to imagine the rest of my life without him

I lost my husband at 38, he 39
I had a just 12 who was troubled to begin with, and a just 4 and a just 1 year old.
It was 14 years ago
It is still so new with you, giveit time and cry and do what you need to do. I know the best thing I did was write in a book and write letters to people or to my husband etc and i was able to express my feelings without hurting other feelings.
Then i found some people who i really could talk to, and I found alot of what i was going thru, was normal and I wasnt going crazy

MY husband has benn gone two years.I still miss him so much.He was never sick.everybody tell me it is time to move on.Gary would want me to..No body understand lost unless it happens to them.sending a hug.Linda

I lost my husband 3 months ago. He also died suddenly out of heart fail. He was just 30 yrs old and now i am a young widow of 29 yr old with a 4 yr daughter.
I cannot sleep without him and i am awake most of the time. It seems that god has been really cruel on all of us who have lost their dear ones.
