I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers [the oldest brother died 2 years before Morey] and as we all get older it's scaring the bejeebers out of me. Because I know what's coming: Visits to the hospitals, rehab centers, home visits and the dreaded hospice! NO THANK YOU! I'm headed for the darned mountain top and I'm going like all the old Indians did......all by myself without dragging everyone else into my drama!
I hope that you and Dewey's BIL get better and that the two of you can get back to your seedlings.
Love you,
Rozarella ♥
Patti . . . I love your thinking with the glass overflowing! I'm gonna start owning that one, once I accomplish the glass half full thing. LOL And Roz . . I'm with you on the Indian ceremony . . and I am 1/4 Cherokee! Too bad the goobermint won't let us do it the "old way".
Hugs from Drama Mama working on Zen Priestess! :)
I'm so busy I don't have time or energy to pay attention to grieving. Either that or I'm really dealing with it because it doesn't blindside me anymore. If I get teary, it doesn't last long and I'm allowing myself the time to work through it, but in a few seconds I'm done. Not like before where I could cry my way home and then some!
I like my quiet space and time for me without interruptions and if I'm feeling a certain way, I don't answer the phone or leave my home! I allow myself time to replenish my batteries for life! I'm finding out who I am, what I want and where am I going?
I take care of ME and Horton and that's enough for now!

You are doing just fine in your timeline. You ladies are so emotional and have a difficult time sorting things out. I think I'm doing alright with the very seldom meltdown but it seems to be about other things more than SJ's passing. May be deceiving myself but I'm glad for what I had and looking to the future full sails ahead. My boats getting a little shaky but I will keep moving forward. The other option is not one I'm ready for. Peace to all! Dewman
