....cheesy, maybe haha, but seriously it helps. You dont neccesarily have to love how you look at this moment, but you need to love who you are and what makes u "you". My sitch lol. I love myself, but i dont completely love my current physical state. But this is just one moment, it can change. You have the ability to change inside and out. I hear ya with the whole trying really hard but somehow failing. I broke down a few weeks ago. But, i ordered the Seventeen: 500 health and fitness tips, and im really excited!
Here are a few tips:
Drink lots of water; it cleanses and refreshes
try to eat natural foods whenever possible: if it comes from the ground or a tree, eat it
but...dont forget to indulge once in a while! frozen yogurt and dark chocolate are healthy options
eat small snacks often and have lighter meals
bubble baths(:
exercise: it may burn during, but after you feel great. even if its just a walk, do it.
face masks and hair makeovers work well too and aid in finding your own beauty. (if ur a girl lol)
good luck, hope this helps, and msg me if u need anything

Don't focus so intensely on your goal. Set up smaller goals that work towards you overall goal. You want to lose weight, right? So start off first by drinking mostly water, just mostly. Then you can go to only water. Then start another small goal. Eventually all of these little goals will add up, and you'll have a healthier lifestyle and a smaller waist!
Good Luck! Don't stop trying, you're doing wonderful!
