I hope to have seen some real changes by next month. I will report anything that comes up though.
I'm still going to keep it up and try to see where this takes me. Wish me luck.
snack 11:00- banana or raw nuts; lunch 12:30-fish or chicken (grilled only); snack15:00- yougurt and nuts again or salad mozarela with tomatoes
Dinner19:00- fish.
There is not really a great variety but i love this food so it is good for me. And i drink a lot of water, becouse it really helps burning fats!
Though you need to exercise to build muscle (and it helps burn fat), the muscle-building actually happens when you are not exercising. After an exercise, your muscles re-build better than they were before. You need a balanced diet (in 3, 4, 5, or 6 meals per day) to get the nutrients you need to properly re-build muscle. You also need sleep to build muscle.
