There will be times where you feel hopeless and everything is going to chaos. Don't give up hope. Hold on to a little sliver because soon, life will change and things will get better! I have never given up hope even when it was so hard to cling to.
Hope keeps us going. Hope kept me from committing suicide when I was 17 years old. Hope is vital to our lives.
like i told my doc it hits like tidal wave then slowly ebbs back , it like cranvel ride you want off but can. my theory for climbing mountain don't clime blow a hole in the middle and walk threw
There was usually a tiny piece of hope somewhere in my heart even when I didn't want it. I did feel all the hope leave me at once though and that was the scariest feeling ever because that was when I knew I wouldn't make it. Thankfully I found some people who helped.
It is a constant state of saddness. My therapist said it is not depression but that I am one step away. So now I am exercising and writing (I love to write) and starting to travel. Basically do things for myself. But it is so hard and most times all I want to do is give up. One thing that helps is self assurance. Looking at myself in the mirror and smiling at myself and temind myself that I am my own best friend and that everything will be ok. That I am a good person with a good heart.
The biggest problem is I keep wanting to run back to my ex. I wanted out of the relationship when I was in it and now I just want to run back. I form mirages of who she is and was. Only think of the good and can't even remember the bad. It is awful. But I keep pushing through.
