I would like to check some insights on vulvar cancer.
I'm married to a wonderful women and I love her to bits. Keep long story short, we have been diagnosed with low risk HPV few years back. After treatment, none of us have any visible lesion on our private parts.
But now, we notice that there's a small dark spot on my wife's left inner labia.. Look like a mole but not in perfect shape and kind a blurry. Searching in internet can be a nightmare. Most of the outcome says possible melanoma which is one of the initial stage of vulvar cancer.
My family doc, a gynae specialist too, claimed that its just a normal pigmentation. Pap test is normal for the past 3 years.
I have a sleepless night thinking about it.. I cannot leave without my wife and I don't want her to go through the pain and frustration if its a precancerous lesion.
Please help me, anyone had similar experience? Is this something serious? What should I do?

I hope this puts your mind at ease. The lesions are usually white or grey. Mine were white and my whole labia turned grey like it died.
