Vow To Live LGBT Against Suicide Community Group
A community of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (and straight) people who choose life over the tragedy of suicide. By joining this group you are making a vow to live a full, happy life regardless of others opinions and ignorance of and toward the LGBT population and allies.
I am so fustrated with certain straight friends who I no longer perceive as friends. I told 3 freinds I was gay and I have not received a call from either of them in a month or more. I am hurt and depressed.
It just hurts. It is not that I lied to them or I tried hitting on them. Did they just forgot about me? What am I to them and others? And to make things worse my gay friend is playing hiding from me.
Any advice guys?

Update... friends again with everyone. Everyone is just too confused and unaccepting of my condition, but fully supportive. I have started going to the gym...... the gym is full of hot but straight guys. LOL

I had the same thing happen to me my best friend for like 15 years when I came out quit speaking to me I confronted her only to be told I was disgusting and going to hell keep in mind this is the same girl whoi know all her dirty lil secrets and thought I could trust with anything I have since found that she was never truly my friend and that since that time I have found love and acceptance for me being me... Those are my true friends and family including all of u! That's what matters love yall

It sounds to me like they are not real friends at all and you will be better off without them. I am here for you and I hope you find some new friends that will love and accept you for who you are that are not out to use you or ditch you when you fall on hard times. Don't waste your tears on them they are not worth it but I understand how that makes you feel it is hurtful. I wish you all the best. Hugs...Art
