Hello guys. Can your guys helping I think I have vitiligo it around my face and left side of my face. When I go to my doctor she give me prescription of triamcinolone acetonide it seems to be working but on the other hand is seems to spreading can you guys help what should I to get rid of it.

I am new to this. Last week I received the vitiligo diagnosis. It is on my upper face. My doctor gave me a prescription for triamcinolone acetonide cream, too. I am glad to hear it is working for you. Good luck.

I am trying to figure out how to manage to go to the grocery store, hair salon, dentist, etc. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Some of my thoughts have been along the lines of trying to find a hair stylist who will come to my house or going to the grocery store at night or to a different one. I appreciate your help.

P.S. jr29, I meant to ask is the triamcinolone acetonide still working for you since your post 3 months ago? Have you learned about or tried any other treatments? How is it going? I appreciate any updates.

I developed a small spot of vitiligo on my leg some years ago. I stopped taking body building supplements and I stopped consuming dairy. I believe this stopped the vitiligo from spreading. Perhaps I was allergic to dairy but didn't realize it. I am almost 100% convinced that consumption of dairy caused my vitiligo.
