Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
Please forgive me, but I just have to tell you this post made me laugh out loud. The first part about the Internet ad--OMG! I have SO been there. "That is not me!" Lolololololololol! With the twitching face, or body, or twitching in and out of the room: Suddenly gotta have a smoke. Actually, mine didn't really twitch in the face, it just seemed like it because he had to change the subject so quickly, or the environment--or his leg would twitch--one leg. I remember the "twitching" very well.
Mine had no breath odor, either--not in 3 years of sleeping together.I don't know if there is any significance to this. It could just be body chemistry. I always thought of him as the cleanest man on earth. Maybe it was a lack of digestive disturbances due to having no conscience bothering him. However, in the last year together, my P couldn't go 2 hours without a shower because he developed an extreme B.O. within that time. He was terrified that I was going to leave him. Rightfully so. I sometimes think of this as proof of an emotional life. But it was just animal terror so not a very evolved emotional life.
I must admit I am trying to overcome the same problem now--needing to bathe about once an hour. I hope I didn't get this disorder from him!
Good luck, Johnny. You are funny and you are going to make it.
You are obviously very beautiful. Did your husband leave last night? How are you doing? How do you know you are borderline? I'll bet most people who have spent more than a decade with a psychopath present as being borderline. Of course, you may be. I'm not saying you are not.
The person I talk about does indeed enjoy regaling others with tales of their traumatic exploits, some of which may not be true, others of which may be, and still others--I'd say most--are exaggerated
If anything, according to the DSM, this would make them a sociopath--someone whose "psychopathy", we might say, needed a kick-start from the environment. I feel no need to differentiate, since all of life is traumatic, and for some people all it takes to experience trauma is not getting their favorite desert after dinner, not unlike the Barbie scenario which you described.
This person does say they began cutting at 10 (though they told me 11 at first) for what reasons I don't know, that's an extremely young age either way. My guess, from what I've been able to piece together, is that it had something to do with a parentally lax mother, and absent father. My own personal diagnosis of said individual is "Borderline Personality with Histrionic and Schizotypal features (because they do have a tendency to isolate, at least when they feel like it, and lots of odd beliefs and imaginary friends...whom they occasionally try to pass off as spirits...ah, there's that Histrionic tie in again) with co-occurring ADHD and associated learning disabilities".

If white ethnicity (which a lot of Ns an Ps seem to be), a reddish tint to blond hair with freckles.
And many Ns and Ps are very in shape, buff even, as they worship their bodies and want a top image.
One physical formation that had been scientifically linked to aggressiveness and anger is a longer 4th finger than 2nd finger. There is a ratio of 4th finger to 2nd finger (>1) that indicates high testosterone, and can correlate to aggressiveness, even physical danger.
