Victims of Psychopaths Community Group
Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
Alright, before I begin, I'm not saying everyone, or even the majority of people who look like this are manipulators, users, empathetically challenged, whatever.
Is it me, or do people on the Cluster B spectrum (Borderline, Narcissist, Histrionic, and Sociopaths) tend to have the following? :
-Upturned nose
-Weak or receding chin
-Deep set eyes
-Round heads, especially small ones.
Also, I realize that some or all of those may be signs of syndromes or deformities, so please don't point that out to me. I'm talking about people who *don't* have any of those syndromes (like Williams syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and possible autism, jsut to name a few).

Nope, both mine had bigger noses, the last a roman nose, he did have a narrow chin - chiseled face. But no, not even close to your description.

there is no certain look to a sociopath.

The only documented feature I know of is an abnormal intensity in the eyes, sometime referred to as the "psychopathic stare." But this is not always present. I have been involved with 2. Both of these men exhibited the intensity in the eyes when they were most possessed by their psychopathy. But this was always present in both cases.

I wish we could post photos lol. I get what you are saying Kris about the stare. Sometimes I would look at him later when I started to see things that weren't right, and it was like this empty intense stare. Other times when he was mad, but telling me he wasn't, it was like pure hatred in his eyes, dark and full of anger.

Mizdandelion, Those eyes eyes light up like evil orbs when they are doing something sneaky, high on an episode of sex addiction or have just stabbed someone in the back.

Not just that, but when they are angry. They go black like coal.

his eyes are something I cant ever forget. I too wish we could put up pics, you would freak if I showed you a couple pics where his eyes are black as hell and too me there empty. like no soul. I found these on his facebook after we broke up and I threw up when I saw them. the arrogance, the dead black stare, I used to call them intense eyes one of the things I loved about him but when I saw those pics I saw someone I didn't even know. it really frightened me. they say the eyes are the window to the soul, ill never forget what I saw when I looked at them after I knew what he was. weird..

Well, to identify with the rest of you, the person I talk about sometimes (I say that a lot) did have a certain "stare", I think. I didn't really know them well enough to know how often they did that, but one things about her: she often seems "dead".

Whenever i caught my P in a lie (like a sex ad on the internet with his face) and he would deny it was him. He would look at me and say "thats not me" and do a half smile, half worry look, and his left cheek would twitch rapidly up and down. Busted. Whenever he told a lie his cheek would twitch. What a jerk but i continue to see him. Another observation I had was his breath(i have previously mentioned this) He had no breath odor, no morning breath, no breath order at all, just air, weird.
