its trauma going through a relationship with a psychopath . you could very well have PTSD. its very common.

Oh seriously??? I just thought was me so crazy attouched to him.
It s so hard to think to something else, heart racing , no hope... Depression , feel guilty, down, upset with myself.... A LOT!!

Also two times it happened something very weird!!!! You know that phase where you are not asleep but you are not awake either?
Well two times I felt someone grabbed my shoulder and shake me like to wake me up. I swear.... It was so real!! I have no idea what s that!!! Am I going crazy????

no your not going crazy at all. these guys really mess with your mind. your usually left not knowing which way is up. we have all been there and felt the same way. why are you upset with yourself. because he was an asshole and you reacted?? do not feel bad about you, you didnt do this he did. dont aim it at yourself hun. see it for the truth it is, he is a jerk. not you.

If for them is a game for us is devastation!At least for me. I gave him another chance and now I'm very mad at myself because I did that! I lost precious time! That's why!!!!

thats ok you have learned a very important lesson. there are very bad people in this world and that is not your fault. please dont blame yourself for something that isnt your fault. some people lose years , be glad it wasnt that long this time. your going to feel bad for awhile, but you kind of know now what to expect. if your anxiety and nightmares dont go away in a couple weeks or months you may need to see a therapist or dr. for some help. those are symptoms of PTSD. sometimes it will go away by itself but sometimes it gets worse. so dont blame yourself because he is sick, thats not your fault. i did the same thing and thought if only i didnt get jelous and bitch at him... screw that !! if he wasnt such a sick cheating liar i wouldnt have bitched in the first place. what were you supposed to do ? you bitched because he made you feel very insecure about the relationship.

When I went through a divorce, I moved to another state, started a fabulous job, joined a ski club, went to college at night and met some wonderful new friends. I was having nightmares about being in a room with my exH and his girlfriend! So, I started going to a therapist once a week, and that helped so much. Sometimes we need help sorting things out - try it. Take care of yourself, get out with friends and laugh. You gave him a 2nd chance and he did what they do best - mess up again!

Bella yeah I learned the lesson to never go back with him again! I shouldn't have it done in the first place but he seemed the most person in love I ever saw!! Now I know that going back it was a huge mistake!
You are right….I'm not even the jealous type but I had feelings something was happening. If I would not say anything I would had pass for stupid or a person that let the other walk on me. No way! At least I reacted!

It's strange because I didn't have those syntoms . Now they are arising!

Coreen I wish to be able to be functional…..I do have to work but as soon as I come home I get all depress….I do not feel doing anything. I didn't even cry once. I feel empty and dry! I keep thinking over and over again about all what happened and I still can't believe it! I'm not able to laugh anymore. My heart is so heavy.
