Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.

Did anyone watch the Lance Armstrong interview? I haven't had the time to watch it yet but will try to after work. I was curious because this morning a newscaster called him a sociopath for the way he lied about everything, how he calculated his moves, and sued anyone for telling the truth about him.

I didn't watch the interview either, but I heard the part about how he didn't feel like he was doing anything wrong. I still think he's just a Narcissist though.

OMG, when I read parts of the interview this morning, he sounded like such a narcissist. The fact that he admitted to it, but still used phrases like "that guy" to refer to himself shows the inability to truly take responsibility for his actions. NNNNNN!

I've met him at a small town race, he is a tiny little man. He seemed nice, all for public show am sure! With all the hype I am interested in seeing his interview also.

I haven't yet but will. In my opinion, he has always sounded and acted like a N to me!!

Has anyone seen the Richard Gere movie, Arbitrage? He definitely played a narcissistic sociopath... The characters in that movie were way to familiar.

I was so dissapointed when I heard that about him cause I really admired him. I mean, he beat cancer and won again. I can´t believe it´s all a lie.

My skin crawled whe,n I watched. I think he is a sociopath. What is difference between narcicist and sociopath?
