Victims of Psychopaths Community Group
Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I am an animal lover and I would never hurt an animal. I usually save them, LOL.
But today I was outside with my dog and some birds came and sat on our back fence only about 20 ft away from us. They usually fly away, so I thought they were being brave with 2 predators (human plus dog) so close. I did not want to scare them away, so I tried to minimize my size and not be scary for them. They continued to sit and I smiled a little, but then tried to contain both my gaze and my smile, as well as my movements, so as not to scare them and come off as a predator after them. As I adopted this body language, my ex flashed into my mind as I had seen him look just like this so much!
It occurred to me that he was hiding his predator role at these times, so many times.
When I did this movement, the birds could tell I was still watching them. They fluffed up their feathers to look bigger and more intimidating. Of course, I was thinking how pointless this would be if I did want to hurt the bird, as a predator. Then, I got the little happy smile that the bird was still brave enough to hang in there. I think this is the psychopathic smirk feeling. They are happy we stay and play along. All the while they think we are insignificant and they can overwhelm us with power over us any time they want.
Suddenly, through feeling the body language I have seen so often in my P, I understood a bit of what they feel. And it is pure predator. Pure predator trying to hide what they are. Taking pleasure in trapping us.

I remember the day I started to wake up. My dad, who had given me the sob story and convinced me to live with him and take care of him in his old age, came in from doing some things outside in the hot sun. He looked around to see if I was around, but he missed seeing me where I was sitting out on the family room.
Then he went over to the dish towel I used to dry the dishes before I put them away in the closet...and wiped the sweat off his face and underarms with it. So that's why that dish towel always had a bad odor to it, no matter how often I washed it.
It's the key to freedom...understanding exactly who they really are...they keep that well hidden.
