Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
Here is a day in the life trying to co-parent with a sociopath. He does not like that I work for an attorney. SO he assumes he is my boyfriend? If they werent so crazy it might be funny. Just thought I'd share. You have to start reading from bottom to top. And the last couple he just kept sending me.... Clearly I am not responding to this crap. But hopefully the judge will see what I have to deal with. We need to break out the sociopath decoder on this...

wrong with you. This entirely about the kids and who they are around i mean a 58
year old loser just so u can once again work in an office for your bf and not
improve yourself its sick and the kids have to see it and complain to me why an
old man is taking them on holloween. I mean its white trash to the extreme. I am
filing a motion to reduce support since i am not working let employer support you.
I can say what ever the hell i want when my kids are involved and you embaress
them. Jesus its like u are dating jd. Just let me have the kids becuase when
this goes bad the kids will end up right in the middle again and the pattern
continues.. Seriously i couldnt live with myself if
thats where i ended up i dont know how when those lights go out u can sleep at
night. What an god awful spot to be in. Good luck with this one

Their primary care provider is ABC Pediatrics. They go toXXX for their dentist. Son sees Ms. Christie and daughter sees Ms. April per the suggestion of CPS. You have already been given the number to their office, but in case you lost it, it's 385-5555.

You were given an opportunity to babysit the kids and you refused. So I enrolled them at the YMCA and now there is a problem with that? I read the order and I don't see where it says you get the kids after school everyday. I need reliable child care. That is before and after school care which you refused to do. So I still am not understanding what the problem is. Not to mention how much the kids enjoy their program. At some point you will work, no?

just making sure the school doesnt want to be involved at all i provided them with all court orders and starting the first of year ill start getting kids from school per judge's order

the school asked me to fill out a calender they provided i did it. i get the kids for thanksgiving and they are due to be returned to vb for christmas break on the 26th at two pm that divides the holiday in half.

I want the name of the address of (child's) counselor i also want the name and address of the Dr's you have been taking them to.

Save the emails. They definitely show mental instability and will be useful if he makes good on his threat and drags you back to court. And make sure the school knows he does not have the right to get them after school. If the order doesn't state it, then he can't. If the order is ambiguous, you may want to have it modified to directly state that he cannot.
If he is on parole, and he attempts to defy the order and get them or do anything else prohibited, file charges for custodial interference. That would be a violation.
Just some advice from someone who's been there.
And last line of his first message he, the NONempathetic one can't understand how you the empathetic one can sleep at night. Because of his degrading fabricated remarks of your employer and your so called relationship with him outside of work hours. As I understand it he has no legal right to be in a relationship with you outside of working hours becuase of the inequailty of power that exists in your professional relationship with him. So your EX is not in the loop with his erroneous fabricated claims. If the law there is as it is here on such issues. I'm in Quebec. Ask your divorce lawyer about the legality of such claims when you see him.
