pick up one time when he is calling and tape record the harassing conversation,ask him to leave you along and dont call. each time he calls get more tape recordings of him bothering you. then take the harassng recordings to a domestic violence lawyer or to the police to help you have evidence that hes tormenting you.

some police stations have certain domestic violence departments where there is a trained officer, detective who deals only with relationship abuse and stalking , harassment. maybe call your local womens domestic violence helpline? i dont think you can get in serious trouble with the law if you tape record the abuse, the police will be glad that you have proof for them but it might not be allowed into a court room as evidence.

That is the thing . He never threatened me. His messages are very kind, loving, concern etc. as we all know their manipulative way. So it's very discontinuos his way to contact me.

I have a cheap cell phone company, and I own an android phone. On the options part where you edit a contact's number? You can click on a box that sends his call straight to voicemail. That way your phone don't ring. I also have a Mr. Number app on my phone that blocks texts. Hopefully, sprint can block the number, tho.
