I'm glad I found a place to just vent. I feel like if I try to express my problems in other groups I get a useless quote or some advice that doesn't even apply. I guess that's my first vent. I just want to vent about customer service. Anyone else think people are getting ruder? Vet office lost my cat's records and accused me of lying about bringing them in. The receptionist even hung up on me as I was explaining that I had brought them in last month. I waited a few minutes and called back to continue my explanation, but in places I've worked hanging up on someone is a fire-able offense. And if it had been an accident she could have called back in the several minutes I waited before calling back myself. I and my husband both asked them to search for the records or we would speak to the vet about it and they were finally found. It's not so much that the records were misplaced but the attitude of the staff. It's like they really just do not care about doing the basics of their job or treating customers with basic respect. I feel like maybe I'm the only person in the world to notice stuff like this. I've worked in reception/customer service type jobs and was always so careful to be nice to customers/clients. I can't understand the attitude of employees that are so rude and lazy. Sorry for the long rant. Is there another person that's had a bad experience like this? I just want to know I'm not alone.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
