I have had a headache for 3 days straight. Last night I was shaking because my head was hurting so bad, and I couldn't open my left eye because thats where the headache was located. I have struggled with headaches/migraines all my life and it sucks I just wish they would go away already. Does anyone have any home remedies they would like to share that help you with your headaches? Please help it hurts so bad.

My migraines have calmed down some. I think it has a lot to do with the changes I have made in my diet. I am on a special high protein and low carb diet to prepare me for WLS sergury that I will be having soon. I feel like I have lost a little weight but I don't know yet because I haven't been back to the doctor's yet to weigh in... We will see at my next appointment.

Hi ArrudAwaken... I just joined this group. I am prob. around the same age as you, going thru menopause is not an easy thing, but we all are having to go thru this so I guess we will survive. Thank you for joining, I always love meeting new members. I am 27 so I am not going through menopause yet. Even as a child I suffered with migraines they would be so bad that they would go on for days and sometimes make me have to go to the hospital for treatment to make it go away to have some relief. The weather change doesn't help. It was scorching hot one day and then turned cold the next day, snowed, and everything.. Thats living in New England for ya.... TTYS

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
