Made it like scambled eggs and was not to stir it like we do with real eggs.
A bigger problem is that I do not prepare much and I buy stuff that just cooks and eat.
Like grillers we just heat and eat, or pancake mix where I add water and cook.
So in the store I read the ingrediant lables very closely to see if the food is harmless.
A little egg or milk ingrediant I can do but I do not use or buy milk or eggs.
The thing that broke me from being a vegan was going out to eat with friends, and so I ate the cheese pizza or grilled cheese because the restaraunts do not have much for vegans and I do want to remain sociable.
And I must point out, that flattery will get you everywhere with me.
I am in the same situation as you are. I don't buy eggs or milk to use in my own food either. I try to eat vegan as much as I can but I live in the Coal Region part of PA and "vegetarian" gets me the looks as if I'm sort sort of exotic, rare creature. I'm lucky if the restaurants around here have one vegetarian option, vegan is just unheard of. Same problem with the grocery stores. It's really difficult to be vegan and not totally isolate yourself from society in areas like this. I also love chocolate and can't really afford to have vegan chocolate shipped to me all the time, so this is another area where becoming a true vegan is very hard for me.
