When we go to the Zoo then we see the animals which eat meat like the Lions are pacing around and they do not like to sit still very long.
But the animals which eat plants are mostly calm and peaceful and even their cages are not so big and strong, because the meat eaters might escape and hurt some one but the plant eaters will not even try to escape.
This applies to human beings too, in that meat eating creates excess calories which demand the body to burn the calories.
In the old days of Greece and the Roman Empire they fed more meat to the Men so that then the Men would be better soldiers and better workers.
This is why today we see very healthy looking peoples jogging down the road and exercising hard when obviously they do not need to exercise, and I say that is because those people eat meat.
You wanting to work out is all in your head because TV advertises that we all need exercise when it is really just the meat eaters who need the exercise to burn off the meat.
Vegetarians are non violent.
You are a young woman 22 then the best exercise would be to go have a baby or two and that will take care of any need for exercise.
Said from a friendly old man.
I could give you some links to some blogs that are entirely devoted to fitness motivation if you're interested.
My biggest motivation for working out is feeling better. The more I work out and see how my strength is returning, the more committed I become to it. I've been ill for a long time and I lost a lot of muscle mass.
Incidentally, I'm convinced now that the older you are, the more you need to exercise. A lot of the disability we associate with old age is actually due to lack of normal exercise. Exercise has been proven to help seniors very much. It improves circulation, strength, balance, heart health, and particularly bone density.
Also I know of vegan bodybuilders who win competitions, so the old ideas of meat giving strength are definitely not true. There's nothing healthy about eating meat regularly. It's just a bad habit.

Incidentally, much of the cultural lore that drives the notion that meat eating makes you strong originated in the pioneering work of Ramond Dart, an Australian anthropologist who revolutionized human anthropology with his discovery in 1924 of Australopithecus africanus.
He formulated the theory of early man as a "killer ape" and with the help of popular writers of his day postulated that early human evolution was driven by the ability to kill large animals.
Dart is still justly acclaimed for his pivotal role in moving the search for ancient humans from Europe and Asia to Africa, but newer finds have disproven his theory of meat eating by early humans. This is the way science works...as more evidence accumulates, theories change to fit the facts. Dart was limited by the very small amount of skeletal remains he found, but since then much, much more has been found in those same areas.
It has now been proven that early humans were primarily vegetarian, specifically a wide variety of plant shoots, succulent roots, berries, fruit, nuts, seeds, etc. The theory that early humans killed large animals for food has been disproven by the wealth of evidence unearthed in Africa. Raymond Dart was mistaken about the meat eating due to the limited material he had to work with, but the idea persists in popular culture.
Anatomically humans are plant eaters, not carnivores. Particularly here in the US, people eat large quantities of animal food, much more than ever before. There is good medical evidence that this is one of the main reasons for the alarming rise in major health issues in this country.
Our bodies evolved on a diet of plant foods, and eating meat regularly makes us sick, it's as simple as that.
