walking/exercise without hitting the floor?

Hello! I was diagnosed with neurogenic/vasovagal syncope in December and have seen walking talked about a lot as a helpful thing.... but I'm so nervous to go walk around my neighborhood in case I end up crawling home or limping home! (have good walks, but it's gone bad a few times, and that's scary) And walking today on a treadmill was OK, though had to go slow, and seemed to make me more dizzy, but grab bars are nice for dizzy spells! are treadmills the way to go?
Also,I trying to figure out what time of day is good, I'm worn out and low by end of my work day, and if if I have a bad day working out in the morning crashes me faster later..... help?
But, I miss running the most, or Tae Bo or Zumba workouts, is it possible to get back to high energy work-outs? Is this forever?? I would love some advice on exercising without hitting the floor!!! I'm feeling frustrated!! I feel like walking could help, but Russian Roulet is not a fun game :(
Thanks for any help!!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
After seeing a specialist, he told me one of the best things people who have vasovagal episodes can do it exercise to strengthen your legs. His recommendation was to get back into it slowly and do 15 minute increments to build back up to longer times, and also to sit down when you're done exercising, drink plenty of gatorade, and try to eat something salty. I started back on the treadmill, increasing my walking speed and time until I felt comfortable running again. Same with the bike and elliptical. For the most part now, I exercise as much as I did before the episodes and back into zumba, boxing, and spinning. Every once in a while, I'll feel a little dizzy and when this happens I just stop and sit until it passes. But this is very rare.
I totally understand your frustration but for me, this was not forever and hopefully it won't be for you either. A couple things that might help is to start by going to the gym or for walks / runs with a friend or relative until you feel more comfortable. Also, be sure to stay hydrated. Finally and I think most important, is to pay attention to how you're feeling. I hope this helps. Good luck!!
