This year can be hard getting done so far the last 6 days I have had Migraine headaches all day and night and tried to function to finish Christmas it is very hard with Migraines when u think all u want to do is lay in the dark and barf...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
