Hi everybody. I am a 45-year-old female who was just diagnosed with Stage 1 endometrial cancer this Monday. I have to undergo a complete hysterectomy on July 12th. Besides being shocked and scared by the diagnosis, I also Immediately was devastated because I have always wanted, but have never had children. I am so glad there is this Group to share our experiences and journeys with each other.
I also never had children, though I tried, and have wondered in retrospect if something was already happening when I was trying. But there are things I can never know and I am much more at peace looking forward to rest of my life -- and getting to have the rest of my life.
