I used to wet my bed when I was younger, the situation got better through my teens and I became dry at night. A few years ago I started to wet the bed again, to start with only occasionally, normally when ill; but over time it has become more frequent and I now wet most nights. I now wear nappies for bed.
I have always had an issue with dribbling a bit after I pee, this had become worse recently and I now wear a disposable shield to stop wet patches. Sometimes feel that I am starting to pee in my my pants, but mange to stop before I have an accident. I also do not seem to be able to wait as long when I need to pee. Until today I have managed to get to the toilet in time.
Today I got stuck in heavy traffic on the way home from work, I really needed to pee, but had to keep on driving. I managed to get home ok, but dropped my keys as I was about to open the door. As I reached down to pick up the keys I got the usual feeling about starting to pee, but this time I could not control it. For the first time since I was a kid I peed my pants. Not just a damp patch, but totally soaked, all down my legs.
I am currently seeing a doctor about my bedwetting and will need to talk to him about today. It is one thing to have to wear nappies at night in the private of my own home, but in public is another issue.
I hope that wetting my pants is a one off, but that's what I thought about the bedwetting when it started again.

my daughter is still wetting nights and days and needs to be in diapers during day time as well. If it comes to that in your situation don't be embarrassed as it happens to many other people too. There are lots of incontinence products out there which can be hidden under your cloths.

There are a lot of solutions other than absorbent clothing, diapers, or disposables for males. It's a matter of personal preference and what fits your lifestyle and routine as to what works for you. External type catheters or sheaths, jockstrap urinal appliances, even Foley catheters - they all work for different people.
It's finding what fits you and works for you comfortably - but it's out there, as is support and help. I just had to look at it as moving into another phase of my life and resolve to not let it interfere with my life quality - and it hasn't.

My bed wetting is nightly and I am totally dependent on adult diapers to keep my bed dry. During the day things are better, but I still make sure I wear protection if I know I will be away from toilets for any period of time, just to be safe. I only very rarely need them. Today I did have an accident at the supermarket, I was really desperate to pee, but they had no toilet, I felt a little bit of pee pass into my diaper and thought it would stop their, but I couldn't stop and filled my diaper. Luckly it didn't leak.
