Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.

Is it me or does the cold really make you need to go more or increase the frequency of accidents. I literally get out of my car sometimes and when that cold air hits I lose it. This winter sucks I hate the cold and I've fallen on my bum a few times already with all this ice . Ok I'm done venting for now lol hope everyone is having a great new year so far :)

yes cold weather does make it worse than wearing a pee filled diaper in freezing weather

I have the same problem. (My Raynaud's goes crazy in the cold too). Does anyone know the biology of this? Why is the cold making my bladder spasm? Do any of you have strategies for coping in the cold outdoors beyond dehydrating oneself?
