hey all, awkward kinda talk for me here but im sure a lot can relate being that we're all here. well, im 33, have sleep apnea and am marijuana user and recently have started bedwetting. i was talking with my doctor last about needing to drink more water in my overall day so ive started increasing my water intake. as a result, bedwetting has started happening to me. ive consulted with the doc and we've rulled out any serious conditions and came to a conclusion that it can be from my sleep apnea and what makes most sense to me, more water ive been drinking. ive tried limiting my fluids near bedtime as well as tried setting alarms to wakeup and "go" but havent had much luck with that yet since im more on the heavy sleeper side. my big question is how to cope with this? i understand there are products out there but ive only been able to find depends or generic things at my grocery store and they are not cutting it. any suggestions would be welcomed, thanks in advance

It's been a while since you posted, thought I would share my story, I have had overactive bladder for over 30 years. I began to use protection in my late 40s and finally diapers for overnight, I was waking up 3-4 times per night to get up and go to the bathroom because of overactive bladder. Once I made the decision to wear and use my diapers at night I wake up so much more rested. I still wake up if I need to pee, but can use my diaper and go right back to sleep. I have used cloth in the past, but am using Seni Super Plus from Amazon now and very rarely have any leaks. I use a combination of tape on diapers and pullups during the day and that has really removed a lot of stress from my life! Let us know how you're doing.

HDIS incontinence supplies or Northshore Medical supplies are both places on the net. You can order and have incontinence supplies discreetly delivered to Your home. For all different levels of incontinence. They can even help work with Your insurance in some cases. Good luck. I know this is tough to deal with.

In 2013 I had an accident resulting in spinal injury at the base of my neck with paralysis from there down, spasticity (muscle contractions and spasms) and double incontinence. Both my anus and my urethra have been left closed except with manual intervention. I hardly ever pass urine via the usual route (I have a suprapubic catheter passing directly into my bladder about 2 inches below my...
